A Los Angeles native, Lisa is a passionate, caring, forward thinking, solution-based innovator. Constantly supporting positive community and economic growth, Lisa is further fueled by her a passion for life.
After an extensive background in the hospitality marketing industry, Lisa was introduced to lending and it was love at first sight. Every client was a chapter in her book, and solutions came with ease. The more complex and complicated the transaction was, the more Lisa thrived to simplify the equation.
From managing an office of four that she grew to over 50 employees, she decided to open her own company.
In 2006, she owned and operated Superior National Lending, commercial and residential real estate and loan concierge office. Lisa and her team then launched their commercial loan restructuring division. Their innovative solutions provided relief from the economic stress of high commercial property loan obligations through restructuring, resulting in more valuable positions for her borrowers.
Expanding off her extensive lending background, commercial and residential real estate became her primary focus. Serving high-end areas from Malibu, Hollywood Hills, San Fernando Valley, and San Diego, her clients have followed her over the past two decades. Her clientele also includes investors throughout the United States, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Lisa has received many awards, most recently Top Producer for First Quarter 2018. Additionally, she has been featured in Haven Lifestyles Los Angeles,and numerous other publications.
In real estate, lending and in life, Lisa believes the answers are apparent and simple, and she strives to uncover resolutions that are win-win for all parties.
